Build Better Leaders.

Build Better Organizations.

Organizations don’t become excellent by accident.
They become excellent by design.

PEAK100 helps organizations strengthen both leadership capability and organizational capability through practical systems that improve execution, develop people, and create lasting performance.
Whether you’re building stronger leaders or stronger organizations, we help you create sustainable results.

Our Belief

We believe organizations don’t become excellent by accident. They become excellent by design.

Excellence isn’t luck

It isn’t personality.

It isn’t dependent on one exceptional leader.

It is the result of intentionally designed systems that enable ordinary people to consistently achieve
extraordinary results.

Our Two Divisions

One Enterprise. Two Capabilities. One Purpose.

Organizations require both strong leadership and strong organizational systems. PEAK100 brings those two capabilities together through complementary divisions designed to build lasting performance.

Division 01

PEAK100 Leadership Blueprint

Build Better Leaders.

Establishes a common leadership operating standard that strengthens leadership consistency, accountability, daily execution, and development at every level of the plant.

Division 02

PEAK100 Business Systems Architecture

Build Better Organizations.

Designs the operating systems that strengthen organizational capability, reduce dependency on individuals, and enable consistent execution.
Choose the capability that is right for your organization.

Why They Belong Together

Better leaders improve how the organization performs today. Better operating systems improve how the organization performs tomorrow.

Leadership capability and organizational capability are not competing priorities. They are complementary disciplines that work together to create sustainable results.

Let's Start the Conversation

Whether your challenge is developing leaders, strengthening organizational capability, or both, we'll help determine the right path forward.

PEAK100 Leadership Blueprint

Build Better Leaders.

PEAK100 provides a leadership operating standard designed for the realities of operational environments.

Rather than relying on individual leadership styles, the Blueprint establishes clear expectations, consistent leadership practices, and a common operating standard that improves execution at every level of the plant.

HOW THE BLUEPRINT IS DELIVERED

The PEAK100 Plant Leadership Blueprint is designed for organizations developing leaders across the plant.

Engagements can be delivered on-site, virtually, or through a blended approach, depending on the needs of the organization.

The Blueprint is typically implemented through leadership cohorts, allowing supervisors, managers, and plant leaders to develop around a common leadership operating standard.

The specific structure, cohort size, schedule, and leadership levels included are determined with each organization based on its operational needs.

The Challenge

Leadership shouldn’t depend on who’s working today.

Even organizations with strong processes can struggle when leadership expectations vary from person to person.

Without a shared leadership operating standard, execution becomes inconsistent, accountability becomes unclear, and performance becomes dependent on individual personalities rather than disciplined leadership practices.

PEAK100 helps organizations create consistency by establishing one leadership operating standard across the plant.

The PEAK100 Leadership Blueprint

Leadership is not left to interpretation.

The PEAK100 Leadership Blueprint provides a structured operating standard that defines how leaders are expected to think, communicate, coach, solve problems, and drive execution.

It creates consistency without eliminating individual leadership styles.

Let's Start the Conversation

Every organization is different.

The best place to begin is with a conversation about your leadership environment, your goals, and whether PEAK100 is the right fit for your organization.

PEAK100 Business Systems Architecture

Build Better Organizations.

Leadership is essential—but leadership alone is not enough.

Organizations become capable when expectations, processes, decision-making, accountability, and execution are intentionally designed into the operating system of the business.

Business Systems Architecture helps organizations build that capability.

Our Belief

Organizations don’t become excellent by accident.

They become excellent by design.

Excellence isn’t luck.

It isn’t personality.

It isn’t dependent on one exceptional leader.

It is the result of intentionally designed systems that enable ordinary people to consistently achieve extraordinary results.

That’s the discipline of Business Systems Architecture.

What Is Business Systems Architecture?

Business Systems Architecture is the discipline of intentionally designing the operating systems that enable organizations to perform consistently, improve continuously, and remain capable regardless of changes in personnel or circumstances.

It focuses on organizational capability rather than individual performance.

Challenges We Help Organizations Overcome

Critical Work Depends on Too Few People

When critical knowledge, processes, or operational expertise exist primarily within one or two individuals, organizations become vulnerable to disruption, delays, and costly transitions. Business Systems Architecture helps organizations build capability that remains with the organization—not just the individual.

Leadership Isn't Consistent

Different leaders manage differently, creating confusion, inconsistent execution, and uneven performance.

Important Work Isn't Standardized

Teams rely on memory and experience instead of documented operating systems.

The Same Problems Keep Returning

Issues get solved temporarily, but the organization never becomes more capable.

Growth Creates Complexity

As organizations grow, processes, communication, and accountability struggle to keep pace.

New Leaders Aren't Ready

Succession becomes difficult because leadership capability has not been intentionally developed.

How We Help Organizations Improve

Leadership Operating Systems

Operational Systems

Continuous Improvement Systems

Organizational Capability

The Business Operating Systems Framework

Business capability is created through intentionally designed operating systems—not individual heroics. The framework demonstrates how leadership systems, operational systems, management systems, and continuous improvement systems work together to strengthen organizational capability.

Why It Matters

Organizations should be stronger than any one individual.

When capability exists only inside people, organizations become vulnerable.

When capability is designed into systems, organizations become resilient, repeatable, and scalable.

What Organizations Gain

Organizations implementing Business Systems Architecture strengthen their ability to:

01

Execute consistently

02

Improve continuously

03

Scale confidently

04

Develop future leaders

05

Reduce dependency on individuals

06

Increase organizational capability

Every organization is different.

The best place to begin is with a conversation about your current operating systems, organizational capability, and future objectives.

PEAK100 Pilot

Validate the Fit. Demonstrate the Impact.

A PEAK100 Pilot is a structured, time-bound engagement designed to evaluate fit, demonstrate measurable results, and determine whether PEAK100 is the right long-term solution for your organization.

Why We Start with a Pilot

Every organization is different.

Rather than making assumptions, we begin by understanding your environment, your leadership structure, and the operational challenges you’re working to improve.

A pilot allows both organizations to determine whether there is mutual fit before considering a broader implementation.

What a PEAK100 Pilot Is

A structured engagement designed to:

What a PEAK100 Pilot Is Not

What Success Looks Like

About PEAK100

Built by Someone Who Has Led Manufacturing Organizations from the Inside.

PEAK100 wasn’t created from theory.

It was built from decades of experience leading manufacturing organizations, solving operational challenges, developing leaders, and observing the patterns that separate sustainable organizations from those that remain dependent on individual people.

FOUNDER

Jerald “JD” Davis
Founder & CEO, PEAK100 Enterprise

PEAK100 was founded by Jerald “JD” Davis following more than 27 years in automotive manufacturing leadership, including the last decade serving as a Plant Manager.

His leadership experience spans frontline operations through plant management, providing a practical understanding of how leadership expectations, operating systems, accountability, and people development come together in demanding operational environments.

PEAK100 was built from that experience, not as leadership theory, but as a practical operating approach developed through years of leading people, managing operations, and driving organizational performance.

Experience That Shapes Our Perspective

PEAK100 is grounded in practical executive leadership experience across the major functions of manufacturing operations.

Throughout that journey, I had the privilege of leading teams and initiatives spanning:

01 Safety
02 Human Resources
03 Finance
04 Quality
05 Materials
06 Continuous Improvement
07 Information Technology
08 Engineering & Maintenance
09 Operations
10 Launch

Those experiences reinforced another important conviction:

Organizations perform best when leadership and organizational operating systems work together—not independently.

What We Believe

01

We believe organizations don't become excellent by accident. They become excellent by design.

02

We believe organizations should be stronger than any one individual.

03

We believe leadership is most effective when expectations are clear, standards are intentional, and accountability is consistent.

04

We believe organizational capability is built—not inherited.

05

We believe one of the greatest things an organization can do for its people is provide role clarity, clear expectations, the right tools, effective training, and consistent coaching

06

We believe developing better leaders and building better organizations are not competing priorities. They are complementary disciplines.

Beyond the Frameworks

We believe developing better leaders and building better organizations are not competing priorities. They are complementary disciplines.

It is a commitment to helping organizations become more capable, more resilient, and less dependent on individual people by intentionally designing the systems that support long-term success.
